Each customer is assigned a dedicated account manager, who acts as a liaison and single point of contact, creating a consistent and reliable communication channel for the project. Our account managers are thoroughly invested in the customer
experience, as well as thoroughly knowledgeable in the manufacturing process. They work seamlessly with the customer through every step of the process, from formulation and manufacturing all the way to logistics and shipping.
In-Depth Proactive Collaboration
Our project management team proactively reaches out to customers to update on production statuses and provide organizational reporting needs. The account representative also participates in team meetings to collaborate with the rest of the CAPTEK team on all production updates. If potential issues do arise, the customer can rest assured the representative will stay in contact with them while it’s resolved.
